Notes regarding tariff:

There is a minimum 2 night stay on weekends and during school holidays.   Minimum 3 night stay on most long weekends, and 4 nights over Easter.

*2 people using separate bedrooms will attract a one-off surcharge of AU$20.
Seniors discounts available - conditions apply.

A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking.  For a one night stay, full payment is necessary upon booking.

Please note that the cottage is self catering.  Tea and coffee making supplies are available, but breakfast is not provided.

Cancellation Policy:
When you book with us, we hold the cottage for you exclusively. Therefore, although we understand that unexpected events can arise, unfortunately if you cancel we may have to charge you.

While we endeavour to be as flexible as possible, when it comes to booking changes, our standard policy is as follows:

In the event that you cancel your booking, we are happy on most occasions to hold your deposit over for you to come and stay at a later date.   If you wish a refund of your deposit, then a small administration charge of $20 will be deducted to cover our costs.  However, if less than fourteen days notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the cottage for the entire period of the cancellation with a booking of equal value.

Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled.

We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans.
