Gift Vouchers can be arranged in two ways:
* Payment for the full accommodation, or
* Payment of an amount towards the voucher, with the recipient paying the balance.

To obtain a voucher all you need do is contact us with details of:

* your contact information and the name of the person to receive the gift
* the number of nights required and the number of guests

Once the order is completed and payment has been received, we will issue and dispatch your gift voucher to the address you nominate, along with a welcome letter, a copy of our brochure and a mud map.

The following are the terms and conditions attached to our vouchers:

*  Each gift voucher is unique and may be used once only
*  Chestnut Brook Cottage gift vouchers are not issued by any other party
*  Bookings must be made in advance
*  Bookings are subject to availability
*  The original voucher must be produced on arrival
*  Chestnut Brook Cottage gift vouchers are transferable but are not redeemable for cash
*  Guests will be charged directly for any additional expenses above and beyond the value of the gift voucher
*  Once a booking has been confirmed, a change of date may be subject to our stated cancellation policy
