Bookings:
2 people using separate bedrooms will attract a one-off surcharge of AU$20.
Seniors discounts available - conditions apply.

Deposit:
A deposit equivalent to a minimum of one night's tariff is required in order to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
When you book with us, we hold the cottage for you exclusively. Therefore, unfortunately if you cancel we may have to charge you.

In the event that you cancel your booking, we are happy on most occasions to hold your deposit over for you to come and stay at a later date.  If you wish a refund of your deposit, then a small administration charge of $20 will be deducted to cover our costs.  However, if less than fourteen days notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the cottage for the entire period of the cancellation.  We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans.

Pets:
Due to the abundant wildlife and our own sheep and donkeys - we do not allow pets.

Smoking:
For the comfort and health of all, the inside of Chestnut Brook Cottage is a smoke free environment.

Check-in and check-out:
We ask that guests check in after 2pm on their day of arrival, and check out
by 10am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made with us.

Please report any damage, breakage or losses when checking out.

Number of Guests:
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice without prior arrangement.

Equipment:
Furniture, fixtures and fittings should not be altered or moved.   The BBQ must remain on the outside deck.
